My name is Marlow and I am a 22-year-old grad of the University of Miami where I double majored in philosophy and international studies and minored in French. Although I share dual citizenship with both the United States and England, my hometown is Safety Harbor, Florida (located on the West Coast of Florida on Tampa Bay).
I am deferring law school for two years at the University of Chicago for a new adventure: I will be a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer doing youth and community development work in Burkina Faso, West Africa. This blog is a way to fulfill goal three of the Peace Corps- to promote a better understanding of other peoples on the part of Americans- as well as a way to tell my story and keep in touch with my friends and family back home.
